Ramada Glasgow City Centre - Merchant City at its Finest
At the Ramada Glasgow City Hotel you won't want your time here to end
The Lowdown | Facilities | Reviews | Make a Booking

The Ramada Glasgow City Centre Hotel is about 5 minutes away from pretty much everything you need in the City Centre.
You might have seen some bad reviews of this place online, focusing mainly on the rooms being pretty small, but from my point of view, to dismiss this hotel simply because some folks didn't enjoy their stay would be a bit unfair (and I'm not just saying that because I don't see the point of critics!). Ramada has been known all over the world for its level of commitment on quality and comfort in its hotels, and the impressive Ramada Glasgow City Centre one is no exception.
Its location is absolutely perfect, being on the edge of the Merchant City, the George Square area, the Golden Z shopping sprawl and all of the central public transport networks. Inside you'll find that it's stylish, contemporary and presented with every facility you'd expect from an internationally reknowned hotel chain.
I really hope you visit and agree with me on that, and hey, if you don't and you end up posting any unnecessary criticism online, I might have to fall out with you!

Hotel Reviews
Here's a sample of the many reviews for the Ramada Glasgow City Centre Hotel pulled from the Laterooms site:
G Fleck Very nice hotel, nice staff, very clean room. Good location in the city centre, would definitely stay there again.
James Martin Hotel very central to local city centre shops, bars and many excellent eateries all just a few minutes walk away, hotel staff excellent, breakfast average but all the same edible, rooms are a little small all in all a good hotel and location.
J Leiper The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean with the tea / coffee, TV, telephone and internet connection you would expect. Some features, like the chip in the sink and the pointing around the bath were a bit disappointing but overall fairly acceptable. It cost £59 for the room through Late Rooms and you pay £5 per night for parking. £8.95 for Breakfast was a bit steep and steeper if you don't pre book it at £11.95. Centrally located in Glasgow with plenty of places to eat makes the location good. I don't know that I would be happy paying maore than the Late Rooms price for the room. All considered, a good place for an overnight stay in Glasgow.
V Morrice I have used Ramada Glasgow City on a few occassions and have never been dissapointed. The staff are always very friendly and are always there to help you should you require it. I will definitely be staying there again.
