May 2009
We're all going on a...
...long-awaited vacation.
Our last attempt ended in our flight company going bust and our car taking a swim in Loch Lomond, so hopefully this attempt at a holiday turns out slightly better (although given that we're heading near Mexico I'll reserve my judgement on that until we come back and pass the medical).
So we're off until the start of June, and that means that I'll be de-plugging completely - no blogs, no work on the site, no answering emails, no tweets, no mindlessly checking of statistics and messages, no anything if it involves a computer.
In other words, pure bliss.
When I come back I'm hoping to be invigorated enough to start a new blazing trial of excitement on the site, a complete restaurant section, a complete travelling around Glasgow section, and a complete Glasgow Cathedral Precinct section to start things off again.
Given that I've only been working on them for about 20 years, I'm sure you'll know that I'll deliver eventually on that promise...

Our last before the break
I'll be off on vacation pretty soon, so this latest episode of our For the Love of G...lasgow podcast is the last for a wee while.
We hope to be back with a new show at some point in mid-June, and will let you know in advance when to expect it (I'm sure you'll be holding your breath in anticipation...).
Needless to say though, we've left you with what may be our most enjoyable show to date, although our opinion of that may be tainted by our state of ecstasy when we recorded the whole thing in time to watch the Man Utd v Arsenal game...
See you soon, and remember to email our new address at fortheloveofglasgowpodcast@googlemail.com with any questions, jokes, stories, comments, pictures, videos and anything you like that we can yap about next time around.
